"How can we help the world be a kind,peaceful place for all who live on this planet? How can we help ourselves find peace? We will look at famous Peace keepers and their paths to peace- Anne Frank, Princess Dianna, Elie Wiesel, Ceasar Chavez...just to name a few. We will also find ways to solve problems peacefully, make peace flags and use yoga to calm and regulate emotions. 6 weeks of lessons to help children think about creating a peaceful world through their thoughts and actions."
